Vertex Ship™ requests require acceptance of the Vertex Systems Service Rules. Final shipping costs, work scope, and paid repairs require review and approval. No automatic labels, free shipping, or turnaround guarantees are implied.

Packaging guide

  • Use a rigid box with at least two inches of cushioning on every side.
  • Remove loose accessories and pack components separately in anti-static protection.
  • Back up important files before shipping a complete system.
  • Include the approved Work Order and attach the carrier label securely.

Insurance guidance

Use a declared value that reasonably reflects the equipment you are shipping, retain your shipment receipt, and select carrier tracking. Vertex will confirm intake details after your request is reviewed; carrier coverage terms remain with the selected carrier.

Do not ship until you have reviewed Vertex instructions for your request.

Not in this release. Submit a request first; Vertex confirms instructions after review.
When do repairs begin?
After inspection and customer approval for any paid scope of work.
Can I send my original box?
Yes, if it is sturdy and supplemented with appropriate outer-box protection.
