Send eligible PCs or components to Vertex Systems for diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, or custom assembly—then follow a documented path back to your desk.
Vertex Ship™ requests require acceptance of the Vertex Systems Service Rules. Final shipping costs, work scope, and paid repairs require review and approval. No automatic labels, free shipping, or turnaround guarantees are implied.

Choose your carrier, use tracking and insurance, then follow status updates in Vertex Console.
Use a declared value that reasonably reflects the equipment you are shipping, retain your shipment receipt, and select carrier tracking. Vertex will confirm intake details after your request is reviewed; carrier coverage terms remain with the selected carrier.
Do not ship until you have reviewed Vertex instructions for your request.
Shipping estimate
Costs depend on package size, weight, destination, and insurance value. Vertex does not calculate or invent shipping prices.
